Mr. Breed is a partner at Wood & Lamping LLP and chairs the Trusts and Estate Practice Group. He has been assisting clients with all aspects of Estate Planning and Probate Law for more than twenty-five years.

He is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He focuses his practice on representing individual clients in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, probate and trust administration, special needs trusts, estate and gift taxation, business formation and succession planning. He has presented at numerous seminars on a wide variety of topics in Estate Planning & Estate Taxes.

He has been named an “Ohio Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics Magazine for the years of 2005 to 2010.

Mr. Breed was recognized as “Best in Client Satisfaction in Estate Planning” in the October 2008 edition of Cincinnati Magazine.

Mr. Breed sits on the Board of Trustees of the College of the Mt. St. Joseph Paralegal Program and was a twenty-year Board member and past Chair for the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
