Mr. Korbee is a civil trial lawyer whose litigation experience includes labor and employment cases, employee benefit matters, personal injury and medical negligence.

Mr. Korbee has published articles on a wide variety of topics including trustee fiduciary responsibility, selection and use of legal counsel in multi-employer benefit plans and ERISA plan termination and mergers. He has been a frequent speaker for companies, unions, and Boards of Trustees throughout the United States since the Enactment of ERISA in 1974.

Since joining the firm of Wood & Lamping in 1981, Mr. Korbee has served as chair and co-chair of the firm's Litigation and Labor Department and as the firm's Managing Partner from 1987-1993 and again in 2003. Mr. Korbee has also served as an arbitrator in numerous cases for the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Korbee was has been selected as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers annually since 2006, by the publishers of Law and Politics magazine.
