Henry E. Menninger, Jr. serves as the chair of the Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Rights Practice Area at Wood & Lamping.

In addition to his practice in the areas of business litigation, bankruptcy and real estate, Hank has been regularly involved in the quality of the legal profession in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University; and a member of the faculty of the Ohio CLE Institute. He lectures frequently on legal topics relating to bankruptcy and real estate practice.

Mr. Menninger is a member of the Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the Southern District of Ohio; and has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and as a member of the Planning Committee of the Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Conference. He is also an approved Real Estate Title Insurance Agent for the Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Menninger has been voted as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers in every year from 2004, through 2010 by the publishers of Law and Politics magazine. He received that honor once again in 2007.
