Kenneth J. Schneider is a partner in the Firm pursuing a General Practice including Estate Planning, Trusts and Wills, Land Use and Zoning, Real Estate matters and Personal Injury claims.

As part of his practice, Ken also serves as Law Director for the Cities of Mason and Springdale in Ohio. Ken has initiated and resolved quite a few eminent domain cases on behalf of his clients.

**Ken is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, past State of Ohio Chairman, International Municipal Attorneys Association, and Delegate to Legal NetLink International Alliance of Independent Law Firms. He has served on a Bank Board of Directors/Chairman and General Counsel, Board of Governors/Chairman Cincinnati Banker’s Club, Elected School Board Member and Elected Council Member at Large and Elected City Solicitor.

Before attending law school, Ken worked at Procter & Gamble in Advertising as a Brand Manager. Ken lives in Montgomery with his wife, Janet. They have three daughters and 9 grandchildren
