Dale A. Stalf is a Partner in the Firm’s Cincinnati office and is the Chair of its Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of business disputes through litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies and through the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques.
He has broad experience in business litigation involving contracts, restrictive covenants, construction defects, products liability, employment practices, violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, lender liability, insurance coverage issues and business torts, including personal injury and wrongful death.
Mr. Stalf has achieved the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell. He has been selected for inclusion in the Ohio Super Lawyers list for Business Litigation every year since 2009. And in 2012 he was included in the Ohio Super Lawyers list of the Top 50 Cincinnati Area attorneys.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Stalf served as a platoon leader in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), was a prosecutor for the 1st Armored Division in Germany and was an attorney-advisor in the Office of the General Counsel to the Secretary of Defense at The Pentagon.
Mr. Stalf currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Bar Association and chairs its Professionalism Committee. In 2011, he was instrumental in forming a Military Law Committee at the CBA and is now serving as its Vice Chair. |
