Thomas M. Woebkenberg has been with Wood & Lamping since 1986. His practice primarily consists of commercial real estate transactions representing lenders of all sizes throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Mr. Woebkenberg has developed a niche working on U.S. Small Business Administration Loan Programs, handling hundreds of 504 and 7A loans. He is one of four certified U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Closing Attorneys in the State of Ohio and one of only two in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Mr. Woebkenberg is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and was a member of the Inaugural Class of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section.

Mr. Woebkenberg was voted as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers in 2006 by the publishers of Law and Politics magazine.
