Kevin Frank is a senior associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Kevin joined Wood & Lamping in 2004 after starting his career in his home state of California where his practice focused on land use and eminent domain.
Kevin’s litigation practice encompasses a wide variety of complex issues, including business disputes, contracts, construction defects, real estate, banking and foreclosures. In addition to his work in civil litigation, Kevin represents clients in numerous governmental law matters, including eminent domain, zoning, public housing, labor and collective bargaining. Kevin also assists clients with their Medicaid and Estate Planning needs.
Kevin is also very involved in the community, and is a Trustee of the Ault Park Advisory Council. APAC is comprised of volunteers dedicated to preserving and enhancing Ault Park and making it more enjoyable for Cincinnati residents. Kevin was lured to Cincinnati by the two loves in his life: His wife, Libby, and fried food (in that order). He insists on continuing to root for his favorite San Francisco sports teams, including the Giants and 49ers.
