Since beginning the practice of law in 1974, Douglas L. Westendorf has spent his career specializing in securities and corporate law.

He has been directly involved in many major mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings both in private practice and as in-house counsel to a large publicly held corporation.

Mr. Westendorf is active in the Cincinnati Bar Association, past chairman of its Corporate and Securities Law Section, and co-founded the annual Securities Law Institute. His practice primarily focuses on corporate law, contracts, acquisitions, and securities offerings.
