Wednesday Oster joined Wood & Lamping in late 2004 as an associate after serving as a law clerk for the firm. She graduated cum laude from Transylvania University majoring in Psychology. Before deciding to attend law school, she pursued a master's degree in developmental psychology. Ms. Oster attended law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While there she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.

Ms. Oster's practice focuses on business and domestic relations law. Her business law practice emphasizes business advising, purchase and contract drafting, including asset purchase agreements, franchise agreements, lease agreements, partnership agreements, and independent contractor agreements. Many of her domestic relations cases involve custody issues and property disputes.

Ms. Oster was voted one of Ohio's Rising Stars by Super Lawyers Magazine, as well as being recognized as a Best Lawyer in Ohio.
