Dale Stalf heads the firm’s Litigation practice group and focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of business disputes in state and federal courts and administrative agencies and through the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques. Dale has nearly thirty years of experience in litigation involving breach of contracts, enforcement of restrictive covenants, construction defects, products liability, employment practices, violations of the Consumer Sales Practices Act, lender liability, insurance coverage issues and business torts, including personal injury and wrongful death. Dale is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.

He has been included on the Ohio Super Lawyers® list by Law & Politics magazine for Business Litigation since 2009, and from 2012 to 2014 has been recognized on the Top 50 Cincinnati Super Lawyers list. In 2014, Dale was included on the Top 100 Ohio Super Lawyers list. Prior to attending law school, Dale served as a platoon leader in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). After receiving his law degree, he served as a prosecuting attorney for the 1st Armored Division in Germany and concluded his Army career as an attorney-advisor in the Office of the General Counsel to the Secretary of Defense at The Pentagon. Dale currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Bar Foundation and is the Vice Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Veterans and Military Law Committee.
Dale lives in Western Hills with his wife Tammy. They have four children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Dale enjoys playing golf and following his beloved Reds and Xavier Musketeers. He also plays saxophone in Santa’s Goody Bag Band, which brings “the music of Christmas to Cincinnati all year long” and raises money for a number of children’s charities.
