We are fortunate at Wood & Lamping to have several experienced Creditor's Rights attorneys. Hank Menninger, Ray Pikna, and Sue Cliffel are well known and highly respected in Tri-State area. Hank serves as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court in Southwestern Ohio. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of the Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in the areas of Bankruptcy and Modern Real Estate Transactions. Both Hank and Ray have lectured extensively throughout Ohio on bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues.Hank, Ray, and Sue are called upon frequently to support other lawyers of the Firm, and call upon other lawyers of the Firm to provide additional support when dealing with clients bankruptcy issues or bankruptcy cases.Wood & Lamping's services include representation of debtors, creditors and Trustees in Chapter 7 cases; debtors and creditors of Chapter 13 cases; debtors-in-possession, and creditors in Chapter 11 cases.
