Paul R. Berninger has an extensive practice in all areas of employment and labor law, with particular emphasis on negotiating collective bargaining agreements and labor contract arbitration.
He also represents several major school districts as well as counties and local governmental bodies on labor related matters. In addition, his practice includes advising school officials on general school law. Mr. Berninger's work in employment law also involves Equal Employment Opportunity Commission defense, employment at will and NLRA and FLSA representation.
