William H. Eder, Jr. has been practicing law for more than thirty years with Wood & Lamping. Mr. Eder has had a wide-ranging practice including domestic relations, personal injury, worker's compensation, real estate, probate, bankruptcy and business transactions.
With this broad base of experience, Mr. Eder's practice now emphasizes the business, corporate and bankruptcy areas of the law. He has developed a considerable client following in business transactions including negotiations for the purchase/sale and financing of businesses and, representing debtors and creditors both in liquidation and reorganization bankruptcies.
