John W. Eilers began his career in 1967. He has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate and trust law, including probate litigation. Mr. Eilers also represents tax exempt organizations. 

Mr. Eilers has served on the Board of Governors of the Ohio State Bar Association Probate Section and is a fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a published author and renowned lecturer. Mr. Eilers has been certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.

Mr. Eilers was voted as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers in 2004 through 2009 by the publishers of Law and Politics magazine, and listed in Best Lawyers in America since its inception in 1991.
