Anne Barry Flottman practices exclusively in family law, including all domestic relations matters as well as custody-related matters in juvenile court.    

Anne is trained in the collaborative method of divorce. She also litigates issues of property, support, and custody in Hamilton, Warren, and Clermont Counties.  She is frequently appointed by local judges to act as a guardian ad litem, and in that role advocates for the best interests of children whose parents are involved in custody disputes. 

Anne was a member of the Moot Court Board and Order of the Barristers at the University of Cincinnati. She volunteers as a judge for many of their moot court competitions and also serves with the Volunteer Lawyers Project.  Anne has also served as a volunteer at various schools and local charitable organizations.
