Brian P. Gillan has a general business practice, and a management labor and employment law practice.  He began his legal practice as a management labor lawyer in 1985.  In 1997, he became Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a $400 million regional company.  He joined Wood & Lamping in 2005. 

His general business practice focuses on advising start-up, small and medium-sized privately-held businesses on legal, regulatory, capital formation and operational issues.  His management labor and employment law practice consists of representing private and public employers in all facets of employment and labor relations matters.  This includes state and federal court litigation, arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, preparation for and handling of strikes and other work stoppages, and representation before local, state and federal FEP Agencies.
