Lisa deHart Lehner practices business law in Indiana and Ohio with experience in federal and state securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, business litigation, employment law matters, real estate transactions, zoning and subdivision matters and general business issues. She represents start-up businesses and small and medium-sized privately-held businesses along with non-profit corporations. She works with many types of businesses and real estate developers, professional service companies, manufacturing companies, information technology companies and nonprofit corporations, among others.
To better serve business clients, Lisa also actively practices real estate law, including, commercial transactions, real estate litigation, easement acquisition, negotiations and document preparation of lease and/or purchase transactions, real estate tax law, tax abatement law, wastewater law and various aspects of municipal law.
Lisa is engaged in the community. She served as County Attorney for Dearborn County, Indiana for many years. In 2003 she was selected as a recipient of the Tristate's "Forty under 40" Award for her professional and civic accomplishments. In 2006, she was selected for Leadership Cincinnati, Class XXX, based upon her community involvement and leadership.
In 2005 and 2006, Lisa was named as a "Rising Star" in the area of Business Law, by the publishers of Law and Politics Magazine.
