Roccina S. Niehaus began the practice of law in 1981 as a general civil practitioner, and since 1985 has practiced in the title insurance industry, specializing in residential and commercial real estate law. Ms. Niehaus' practice experience includes title review and underwriting; assessment and closing of residential and commercial transactions, as well as subdivision development, and the preparation of all types of real estate documents.

Ms. Niehaus has lectured at the University of Cincinnati Communiversity and at Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Ms. Niehaus is active in the Cincinnati Bar Association having served eight years on the Real Property Committee as Seminar Chairperson, Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair.
