Sharon Parsley practices primarily in the health law field, and provides counsel to physicians and physician practice groups, hospitals, long-term care providers, and other healthcare entities and providers. Her expertise includes providing compliance and regulatory counsel, work on physician and medical staff relationship issues, assistance with all types of health care contracting, and health care merger and acquisition work. She is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky.
Sharon also brings over a decade of business management experience to her practice, having acted as the Director of Technology Services for Clark, Schafer & Hackett, the CFO of the North American operation of a Brazilian manufacturing concern, and as President of a Colorado-based technology company. After law school, Sharon was affiliated with a large Cincinnati-based firm, before joining Wood & Lamping in 2008.
Sharon is an active community leader, whose current community service includes participation on the Advisory Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society in Southwest Ohio, and acting as the event Chairperson for the inaugural ACS Cattle Baron’s Ball in Cincinnati. She serves as the Co-chair of the Cincinnati USA Chamber of Commerce Health Care Committee, and is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
