Thomas M. Woebkenberg began his practice with Wood & Lamping in 1986. His practice primarily consists of commercial real estate transactions representing most of the major banks in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. 

Mr. Woebkenberg has developed a niche in working on U.S. Small Business Administration loans, handling hundreds of 504 and 7A loans.  He is one of six certified U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Closing Attorneys in the State of Ohio and one of only two in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Mr. Woebkenberg is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and participated in the Inaugural Class of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers.  He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section.

Mr. Woebkenberg was voted as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers in 2006 by the publishers of Law and Politics magazine.
