Our Real Estate Practice Group consists of legal professionals with experience in all areas of real property law.  Our clients include buyers, sellers, developers, lessors, tenants, and financial institutions.  We work with our clients to structure the transaction as well as to provide assistance and counsel with related legal services including the proper choice and use of ownership entities such as limited liability companies and corporations.  We have relationships with financial institutions and an understanding of the processes involved particularly in significant commercial transactions.
