Howard Richshafer brings nearly thirty years' tax law experience to Wood & Lamping, with a concentration in criminal and civil IRS controversy matters. Howard spent 10 years as a U.S. Treasury/IRS agent. He has been honored by inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (taxation specialty) and Ohio Super Lawyers. He is also a CPA (Ohio), and serves as an adjunct Professor of Taxation in the UC Masters of Science Tax program. He has authored over 100 professional tax articles. In addition to his extensive tax law practice, Howard works in the areas of corporate law, estate planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
